Staff absolutely with no interest, rude and ignorant.no 5* at all!!porters just going around and dont bother to help with suitcase.Complimentary drink is juice or mulled wine, it is a joke(for example gls of prosecco might be nice).waitress was pouring juice for people from 2 litre bottle on the counter!she didnt came to ask us for more drinks when we finished(well she just brought us drinks and never came back) and were waiting bout 20 mins, had to go to the bar ourself to pay and she was behind the bar on the mobile!prices were 3 or more times higher then in the other restaurants on the squere (rip off!)and service was like in some 4th price category, we felt bad that we pay such a money and bothering staff with serving us. Breakfast was poor, unhappy staff, ignoring the customers, didnt offer any tea or coffee(and there was like 6 of them and 4 tables) what i will expect from 5* hotel, shouting at each other from opposite sides of the restaurant and talking about their private problems which i dont care!when checking out the receptionist was more worried if we had paid, which we had on arrival, than if we enjoyed our stay! we didnt feel welcome in this hotel and definitely wont be back and wont recommend it at all.

Ačkoliv bylo upozorněno ,že se ručníky vyměňují jen v případě ,když je host nechá na zemi, vyměňovali se denně automaticky, to je myslím skutečně zbytečné a plýtvá se tím vodou a penězi…. V oblasti recepce by snad měl být přístup k výtahu bezbariérový, je tam asi 6 schodů které se s těžkým kufrem špatně překonávají

Hlučná klimatizace.

Sprchovy kout a koberec v pokoji nejsou hodni do hotelu jako je Ambassador. Koroze na sprchovych dverich prepatlana barvou, koberec v pokoji misty spinavy, inkl. s vlasy od hostu pred.

jelikož do hotelu jezdíme mnoho let,konstatujeme postupné opotřebování zařízení

- jedlo u snídaně - gulášová polévka nekvalitné suroviny,doporučujem konzervové maso nahradiť čerstvým, nahradiť "klasiku" v sortimente teplých masových výrobkov - "Klausovky" niečím kvalitnejším z produktov českej kuchyne

Kaffe k snidani. Neni ani espresso ani Latte Macchiato, jen "nabarvena voda".
